Under a separate agreement, coordinate the participants, delivery of the work and verification of the result.

Deliverable: the agreed scope of completed work.

These are possible ways of working, not mandatory packages. We agree the scope, deliverable, timeline and price of each stage in advance.

An initial enquiry is not an order for a paid service. Fees are agreed before work begins.

You describe the situation
What you want to achieve, what has already been done and where the difficulty lies. You do not need a presentation or a full set of documents for the first enquiry.
I clarify the task
We establish whether I can help, what information is missing and who else may need to be involved.
We agree the first stage
Before paid work begins, we agree the deliverable, scope, timeline and price. Implementation or the involvement of partners is agreed separately.
Work begins
This may involve analysis and a recommendation, designing a solution or organising implementation — within the agreed scope.
